[First, a team leader should take advice from his or her team members simply because it is good for him or her to do so.] 中心句，点明主题[If a leader or a team collective does not take advice or suggestions from the regular members of the group, it breeds dissatisfaction and contempt among the team.] 段内假设“不听”的后果[This hurts company morale, which in turn hurts production and can interfere with deadlines and other team goals.] 再“不听”的后果 [Further, if the team leader or supervisor only listens to the advice of a select few people, the performance will be interpreted as favoritism among the staff. 是通过假设“听”与“不听”的利弊来支持中心的。
