The table shows how students feel about a variety of aspects of courses they took in university in 2012.
Among the three given courses, the aspect of business earned more appreciation from the students than the other two. In terms of teaching quality and tutor support, the rating as "very good" reached 93% and 96% respectively, which were the highest compared with computing and maths. The percentage of satisfactory comments for course content and resources were also higher than average level.
As a contrast, the rating for the aspect of computing as "very good" was lower than average concerning pre-course information (61%), tutor support (85%) and course content (69%). The students also did not think highly about the teaching quality and resourses.
The number of students who were satisfied with the pre-course information of the maths course was slightly more than business and computing. However, the teaching quality was only recognized by 64% of the students, which were much less than those of business and computing. The situation was similar for resources.
All in all, business was the most welcomed course among the students. Besides, among the five categories, students are more satisfied with the teaching quality and tutor support than the others. (203 words)

In 1981, teachers’ salaries accounted for the highest percentage, with 40%. Other workers’ salaries took up 28%, while resources and furniture & equipment did the same percentages, 15%. Insurance was the minimal.
However, during 1981 – 2001 the percentage of teachers’ salaries rose up to 45%, ever peaking at 50% in 1991. That of furniture & equipment also increased to 23%, but reaching the bottom at 5% in 1991, while that of insurance was increasing to 8%.
On the other hand, the percentage of other workers’ salaries was declining to 15%. That of resource also decreased to 9%, though reaching the summit of 20%.

The overall process can be categorized into 3 stages. First, glass products in various forms are gathered in the Collection point, so that they are easily transported by special trucks or vans to the Cleaning plant, where they get sterilization by high-pressured water. There are three different channels in the Recycling plant, namely Brown, Green and Clear, which represent the colors of glass. After recycled in the furnace, glass products are melted into recycled liquid glass. Mixed with new liquid glass, the compound is finally moulded into solid glass, which, afterwards, will be sent to various customer supermarkets for selling. Thus, the glass will go to the customers for different purposes.

The map below is of the town of Garisdon. A new supermarket (S) is planned for the town. The map shows two possible sites for the supermarket.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The first potential location (S1) is outside the town itself, and is sited just off the main road to the town of Hindon, lying 12 kms to the north-west. This site is in the countryside and so would be able to accommodate a lot of car parking. This would make it accessable to shoppers from both Hindon and Garisdon who could travel by car. As it is also close to the railway line linking the two towns to Cransdon (25 kms to the south-east), a potentially large number of shoppers would also be able to travel by train.
In contrast, the suggested location, S2, is right in the town centre, which would be good for local residents. Theorically the store could be accessed by road or rail from the surrounding towns, including Bransdon, but as the central area is a no-traffic zone, cars would be unable to park and access would be difficult.
Overall, nether site is appropriate for all the towns, but for customers in Cransdon, Hindon and Garisdon, the out-of-town site (S1) would probably offer more advantages.
